It has been many years since I painted a quilt in my landscapes. It is because my wonderful collectors loved having a quilt
as part of my design that I was encouraged to paint more. About 150 paintings and 500 quilts later I still love to design paintings around a quilt! Most
of my designs include multiple quilts and each has a story to tell. I love to paint by the seasons and I find that quilts apply themselves as well to a spring
landscape as well as to a snowy winter day or sultry summer's eve.
I often say “I quilt with my paintbrush!”
I hope you will enjoy my art! May it bring to mind the fragrance of spring flowers, the warmth of a
summer day, the mood of an autumn sky or a crisp, cold winter sunset.
